  • Worked side by side with the Board for a sector representative organisation, to increase their knowledge in areas such as corporate governance, roles and responsibilities of directors, fiduciary duties and management of conflict of interest
  • Conducted Board performance reviews, assist with development of Board Charter and calendar, facilitated improved structure and interaction between Chair and CEO

Restructuring advice, implementation and change management planning for a number of Canberra based law firms

  • Managed the process to complete the merger of four law firms into one financially integrated firm
  • Developed a firm-wide operational structure & strategy to integrate and effectively manage the mergers taking into account the different cultural values operating across three offices
  • Established a one-firm culture to encourage superior performance based on key performance indicators and needs of the firm’s clients
